Integrated Healthcare of North America
Integna Home Health provides full home health services to help individuals and families with rehabilitation after an illness, injury, hospital stay, or surgery, or to help manage a chronic medical condition. Licensed by the state of California and certified by Medicare, the department is also accredited by the Joint Commission. Our services are available throughout Los Angeles and Orange counties through one-hour home visits by our skilled clinicians until recovery goals have been met.
Skilled Nursing
Professional Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse provide prescribed treatments, assess changes and supervise the care of the patient.
Physical Therapy
Service provided includes heat, massage, ultrasound, and special exercises as prescribed by the doctor.
Occupational Therapy
Provides activities and exercises designed to help the patient resume self-care and normal daily life.
Speech Therapy
Involves treatment that helps the patient with speaking, hearing, and language difficulties.
Home Health Aide Services
Provides activities and exercises designed to help the patient resume self-care and normal daily life.
Medical Social Services
A service needed to assess and remedy social environment, and emotional factors
Licensed by California Department of Public Health(CDPH)
CDPH is responsible for regulatory oversight of licensed health care facilities and health care professionals to assess the safety, effectiveness, and quality of health care for all Californians. CDPH regularly survey facilities and investigate complaints to determine compliance with state laws and regulations.
Medicare Certified
The Social Security Act (the Act) mandates the establishment of minimum health and safety and CLIA standards that must be met by providers and suppliers participating in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. These standards are found in the 42 Code of Federal Regulations. The Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services has designated CMS to administer the standards compliance aspects of these programs.
Joint Commission Accredited
The Joint Commission is the nation’s oldest and largest standards-setting and accrediting body in health care. To earn and maintain The Gold Seal of Approval® from The Joint Commission, an organization undergoes an on-site survey by a Joint Commission survey team at least every three years
